Wild king salmon is better than farm raised salmon.

Salmon that are farm raised don't have much room to swim around, so the fish are weak and the taste is dull, the color is not rich looking, orange instead of deep red. The bones are softer, and they are fed who knows what, instead of natural food that the salmon eat in the ocean.

POULTRY
Industrial chicken ar kept tight and in cages, over crowded and some die in the cages with the other's. They are injected with 10% water & chemicals & hormones.
